Refund & Return Refund ReplacementsUnder the distance selling act items that are non personalised can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please email us requesting a returns note stating reason for return. Items must be returned undamaged in the original packaging. We will provide you with a returns number and return address, please ensure our eCRATER id is included within your parcel.Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return postage cost. We will also deduct 99p for our delivery costs from the refund if the return is due to change of mind. Should you be purchasing a style that already has our wording on it but require it changed to a name we must receive this request at purchase otherwise the item will be made in the standard style.2. Can your items be made for adults or children?Yes all our items can be made to any size you require at no additional cost, please state age of recipient in notes to seller or via the eCRATER messaging system. Should no age be added we will make in either a standard childs size or standard adult size, and no returns will be accepted if the item is too large or small.3. Do you post internationally?Yes we do please contact us prior to purchase and we will provide a postage cost to the country you require, all non uk items would be required to be sent international signed for.4. Do i have to be in for my delivery?No our items are small enough to be sent in a large letter package which can be put through the letter box, the only reason you would be required to be at home would be if you have requested a special delivery option which requires a signature.5.
